I had a very unpleasant experience. An employee dedicated to monitoring the weight in suitcases treated us and threatened us in a very aggressive way when we were traveling from Tuxtla Gtz to CDMX. All this despite the fact that we had already made the changes in suitcases that he requested (change 500 grams from one suitcase to another so that one of them does not exceed 15kg). I had to put up with my anger because it threatened to take us out of the apt (I don't know if it really could), it was an obviously accomplished person abusing the little power it had ... it never came back and I am not going to travel on this airline again. Very unpleasant person and experience.
