Bus driver played music in the until after 10 pm and only stopped after passenger complaints. He then kept making unscheduled stops in the middle of nowhere some lasting 20 minutes or more. Worst tap experience i have had. Bus 6082 on 2/21/20. Never ride tap again

It's time for this station to be remodeled or for TAP to make their own

They do not answer the telephone. People who are looking for some type of information and who are not close to the place, the first communication tool we have at hand is the telephone, if they do not respond after several attempts you end up bothering you and in the future you will no longer see that line as an option. From my very personal point of view it is important that they take care of that detail. Thank you

the parcel is not reliable ... they scan and they keep some things that were sent to us, that was my case of 100 scarves that they sent me, they kept 18 ... and nobody was responsible

On the way I went in a Tap Royal and I can say it was a normal trip, coming in a comfort tap and it was great.
