Bus from/to Gudalajara to Tucson AZ. Comfortable, good drivers. There is much to see, therefore, time goes quickly.

I have a very serious issue. I bought an online ticket and clearly entered the passengers name but paid with my bank card and still, the ticket was issued with my name as the traveling passenger. It's saturday evening and I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get in contact with anyone to change the name on the ticket and i have not been able to get anyone. I really do hope that this gets taken care of in time for the correct person to travel. I'll post the result of this experience.
