Terrible service, the attitude of the cashiers is very negative and unkind, the executives do not solve your problems. Hopefully they will make changes in management soon because like me, people are noticing the annoyance of what they make us struggle in that branch.

Terrible service, 5 hours to authorize a check. The staff does not follow up, they do not care in the least to help you, the director and deputy director do not solve you since they are the only ones who can authorize you. And that I pay premier service ... that can be expected for those who do not have it.
