A very very bad experience with this travel agency I booked a trip a year ago because of the contingency and there is no one to solve problems since the airline canceled the flight. No one from the BEST DAY company answers. 3 weeks ago I mark best day and I have to wait more than 4 hours online to be attended by the best day staff who do not agree as one tells me that if I can cancel the trip and they can return my money when I am about to send the email with my data and account number so that the deposit is added, I communicate again to best day and they tell me that the money cannot be returned that they can only change dates and worst of all they are not responsible with the problems with the airlines one has to mark and solve the problem is the first and last time I pay for a trip so since the best sellers when you want their commission are check and check to see if you want to travel r I buy the trip and now nobody from the best day company knows how to give me a solution to my problem, I send this message so that they do not buy trips to this company since the purchase is with best day staff but Problems is already in 01 800 and each advisor says different things and they do not give you a solution today I continue with this problem
