Put order in their schedules one day they say that they close at 7pm but they cut at 6:30 pm After three days they already close at 5pm and here it says that at 9pm so what time is the real one ???

Terrible service via telephone, they do not answer and the one who answers rudely says wait for me two minutes stays on line and hangs up. Improve your service so that your customers do not prefer other stores where they serve well.

To settle an account in promobien, the people in charge are not taking the process any longer, no one from the staff can solve questions because the person in charge of the area cannot be found ... Train personnel who can attend without the need to just reflect in a single person who cannot attend because he is in the field !!!
