Not recommended, the pool is dirty, they do not know the attractions of the area or give tourist recommendations. The pool is very dirty and neglected.

The hotel is nice and the location is very good to visit xilitla, but it is not such a hygienic place, it takes a little hygiene in the bedding and the mattresses are very uncomfortable

Very nice and comfortable, they are always on the lookout for your experience in the place and they give you very good tips about activities and places to visit near Xilitla

The people in charge were very attentive and friendly, at all times they answered our messages and recommended places to eat or spend time. On one occasion it was very cold and being out of the fifth we sent them a message to ask for more blankets and when we got to the room they had left more blankets and a radiator 💖. It is a very quiet place and is midway between the center of Xilitla and the surreal garden.
