Hello everyone, unfortunately we had a very bad experience, without ethics and zero quality of service from the staff, from the police to the nurses and doctors, we received information from our patients 12 hrs. After having the baby, why was there no one who would inform, we saw a girl have her baby on the entrance bench because they were slow to allow entry, they had already returned her 2 times because she lacked dilation so that it would be relieved, I really don't recommend it, lousy service.

Due to lack of personnel, they will no longer attend to pregnant women who are about to get better, there are already several who have broken water and must be looking for another hospital that will accept them. Most of the staff is very rude, they treat you as if you were a I don't know what, there are only exceptions of the staff who are friendly. The toilets in the waiting room are very disgusting, apart from having no water. I had been spoken well of that hospital, but I was honestly disappointed. Please make a complaint to those who did not want to attend to in full labor, if or if they should attend, and it is so that it does not happen again.

Good service and attention, from Monday to Friday 24 hours. But on weekends, forget it (and less on holidays) better wait until the lumes. Or look for another option. From there on out all good.
