Pesimo customer service in Hermosillo sonora suc 1956 pino suarez a girl named jenifer medina gives a very pessimistic service to the client and is very responsive and told her own manager that no matter what it was she wouldn't make me return my product that I went to change because it was in bad condition (so I received it) and he told her that it did not matter that he accused her with her area manager that she arranged it with him.

Terrible billing system. I placed a couple of orders on October 17, 2020 and have only received one of the invoices to date. I have a whole history of emails to "customer service" on the matter and the only thing they respond is that "there was a problem with the system. As soon as they fix it, they will send the invoice." How much disability they denote in this area.

I wish they would answer their phone line, if the service in the branch is already terrible, at least they should improve their attention by phone.
