You have to stand in line from 6 AM, to get a token at 9:30 AM and you can go to what they see you at 10 AM. I finished the process at 12 noon. With the cold and the pandemic. 😢

very bad service from the collection boxes and do not say the person who is receiving the certificates of freedom from encumbrances always bad or courtesy greets I have years doing paperwork and I do not know if because we are foreigners they treat us like that hopefully and give them training to treat people who are going well since they do not do anything for free, all procedures are paid, nothing is free
