I requested a stationary tank loading service yesterday morning, they told me they would come by, I was waiting until 2:00 p.m. and I contacted again, the lady who answered me told me that she would contact the pipe, that they had come to the address but that since there was no place to park, they would go to the Bajío, but they would locate them and pass. This did not happen, I called again and the lady told me that the driver was not located but that she would return the call immediately. I spoke at 4:00 p.m. because they didn't call me and a guard answered me and it turns out that the young lady had already left and that the pipe was already there. These people do not have the remotest idea of ​​what customer service is, nor do they respect the time or the needs of others, they are not interested in their clients, I lost all day yesterday to charge gas thinking that it would be fast as It happens with other gas companies and it resulted in me losing a lot of time and not having filled gas. I make this public because since they do not care not to give service as it should or as they say they do, I also do not care what they may lose with this comment and I will continue to spread it with the people I know. What a shame that such a large company has people like that.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! It takes HOURS to perform the service. And very often they NEVER place your order !!
