Call center that is OK at best. Management is a bit of a joke. The job isn't very demanding compared to other call centers in the area, I have worked at better call centers where you can have your phone on you on floor. If you're new, you don't get a locker right away and have to wait and put your bag or whatever in a shed along with all other newbies. The cafeteria is too small for the amount of people that work there and have had my food stolen from the refrigerator once.
