I worked here for three years, always as an agent and it is an average place to work. You can't expect much from a call center, your schedule will be strict and if you want to hit the bonus, you better follow it. They won't let you waste time on meals and they are ALWAYS counting the minutes you waste. The work environment depends on your campaign, also your schedule and shift. You don't choose the campaign. Unfortunately, its true that they speak lies about your campaign when you get hired. And its also true that they hire ANYONE. The common areas are nice, the work areas not so much. Lots of staff turnover, people can't stand the job under pressure. Finally its a job that will give you money, as long as you work.

It is not the place to work. You are nothing more than a Number. 5 months after and I still don't have my final check from them. The HR managers can't handle the work load, and they always promise a follow up which NEVER happens. This is something ANYONE who has worked there can say, the only reason why they are still in business is bc of the opportunity to study while working, otherwise they would be closed down!
