Literally today they treated me horrible to do a mega easy and fast procedure with an executive, the person who was directing the line to pass with an advisor DENIED service saying that this procedure could be done by phone, I had previously called and it is that's why I decided to go to a branch. Later, very rude, she suggested that I call again, and when I was doing it and I put the call on loudspeaker so that the lady would hear that in effect this procedure IS done in a branch she got angry and said that she could not take calls. On the phone they told me that I had to carry out the procedure at a branch and at the branch they denied me service ... So I left and ended up in the hospital of courage. It is a terrible service, the lines last more than an hour and a branch with a low flow of people and even so they last eternities to serve you

I went because by phone they told me that only in a branch could I carry out the procedure I needed, I went to a branch and they came out with that it is by phone, right there I called and they reiterated that the procedure was in a branch, in a suuuuper arrogant way they denied me The service, I had to go to another branch just because their staff is not prepared, and on top of not being prepared they do not have the education to give decent customer service.

Terrible service. Only two boxes open, the total response time was 40 minutes in the chairs. Although the estimated waiting time in the turn was 8 minutes. Cashiers prefer to talk to regular customers about what they are going to eat on that day or if they are going out at night to walk or not. Too bad, it is a shame that I cannot use the camera inside the premises due to bank guidelines, otherwise they might know to which cashiers and clients I mean by this.
