We paid for express service 150$mx same day laundry. All our clothes were cleans, everything was perfect, nothing to complain! We had approx.50items, nothing lost, I don’t understand the other complaints...

Clothes came back clean and nicely folded in the bag I took them in.

We used this service once during our stay in Tulum and had no problems at all. All of our laundry came back to us clean and folded. The only thing I would say is that the turn around isn't great if you're in a hurry, our things were ready in just over 24hrs. Overall good service would use again.
