Terrible service, to begin with there are 3 boxes and only one open, you have to make a super slow line for those who go for support, they should pass one of support and one that comes to another service, or open the other boxes !! Those of us who come to another service lose a lot of time!

Terrible attention from the cashier, she greets you with a face. They serve worse than administrative Social Security. In the end, they deny you the service, because they say they don't make cash withdrawals at the window, because they don't want to. Slow and does not solve anything. Be careful, there is an ATM right there, it is in a separate door, the ATM machine only opens during bank hours.
