During the contingency there is greater organization and fluidity, perhaps even why so many people come to me. But outside of the contingency it is one of the busiest branches in the area and with a lot of chaos but by the same users.

Very bad attention, the employees are always in bad shape, besides being very small, the bank almost always has too much and the attention is very very slow.

I went yesterday (10-21-2020) to activate the app and they treated me very well, as long as I waited and they took care of me for 40 minutes

Terrible service and attention time. I wanted to open an account and an executive told me that if I could open it with my professional ID but when they attended to me (after 2 hours, I had to wait because I was urged to draw the account) he told me that he could not withdraw it, that I necessarily needed INE ( taking into account that the INE still does not open) therefore they only made me wait more than 2 hours and they did not open any account.
