Extremely slow service and no interest in solving any issue related to your accounts

Attention is not very good. When I arrived there was a "row" all crooked and without an order, then they moved people and the line was already formed. Upon entering they take a long time to attend and there is almost no control for the distances between the clients. At the end of a process and requesting another movement, they ask that it be formed again instead of solving all the issues in that same turn.
