Terrible attention! I took my mother to the bank and they treated her very badly, they did not give a solution to her problem and on top of that, the faces they have for ATMs and staff at the branch only talk to each other about the weekend party and their pedas !! Go to another bank.

I recommend that, if you have an account with this banking institution, you better go looking for another bank, since it does not have security protocols for the accounts and they are not responsible for anything. They are miserable people who treat you as if you were the thief, when they allow the accounts to be emptied by alleged hackers by not having the accounts protected. Their APP DOES NOT SERVE. They empty your account without you noticing or receiving information, BETTER PUT YOUR MONEY IN ANOTHER BANK, DON'T TRUST BANORTE

Terrible service, I had to go for an extension of my debit account transactions and they did not accept my driver's license or passport as Identifications. I hoped they could really help me, but something so simple was a reason to deny me a service. I hope the company where I work will change the payroll to BBVA. there if they solve the situations of their clients.

Extremely slow and inefficient service. The shift system keeps some people waiting for hours and others serving them in minutes.
