All I can say is that a doctor's job is to be kind, caring and put people first. And if you want to go to a place like this, it is not here. I have had two bad experiences, they may be "good" doctors, but the good thing is not about the diploma but the treatment that they give a patient the attention and respect that they deserve.

There are good doctors, like Dr. Macias, but there are also many who do not know what they do, for example, the gynecologist Vanegas, would ask him something and he would answer me too quickly and if I asked him again, he would change the subject, then they did a study without asking me if she could afford it and to top it off the receptionists delivered some wrong tests and gave a serious misdiagnosis that scared me a lot and she almost bought the drugs without knowing that I didn't even have that! When I complained about it and I wanted my true analyzes, it turns out that they could not find them and they made me walk around three times being that I live almost two hours away until finally after insisting on calling all that time they were able to deliver them to me, although honestly now until I doubt that the diagnosis he says there is real. The worst thing is that it was my first time going to a gynecologist and now they even scared me. I'm not going to go again, at least not to gynecology.

Terrible attention and terrible service. The team that works in the clinic is poorly trained, they do not explain the procedures to follow and if you ask questions they answer you reluctantly. They do not accept a card, they do not put on the mask and asking for an analysis bill is a month and a half and full of obstacles. I wouldn't put my health in the hands of a team like this.

I called to ask if they had a gastroenterologist and they said yes, make an appointment and when I arrived at the place if they treated me but it turns out that I was not a gastroenterologist, I was a surgeon !!!! It did not give me a solution to the health problem I have ... and if I charge as such !!!!
