I understand that due to the pandemic the service becomes less efficient, however it is the third time I go and it is always the same, a lot of staff and no one working, a terrible service attitude from the guard to the cashiers. They cause an immense line since there is only one person collecting and while the other employees doing nothing. As if it were not shortly after the very long wait, THEY DO NOT HAVE MEDICINES. I will never go back.

They know that there are many customers and they only open one box, I had to wait more than an hour so that when they finally saw me, there were none of the three medications I needed, even though their website says that they are available. There is enough staff to serve more customers. Before there were up to four boxes available and an extra one in the perfumery, I don't know why they took it away. Or at least have one available to see if they have the drugs in stock. I really think about it to go, although I really like this pharmacy. I'd better go to Guadalajara or Savings.

It is always good to go directly to the San Pablo. There are organic products essential for my pantry in addition to the sunscreen that I always buy. Thanks thanks for everything.

The service is very full, the service is very slow, the line goes around the street. Almost an hour to get to the service desk
