Edelmira Hotel Boutique

Never staying here again. The room was ugly, everything is old and full of dust. Decor is cheap and old. Terrible water pressure, no window view, at night it smells horrible, wifi is insanely bad. Food is bad. The only good thing is the pool, which is indoors and at nice temperature. For the price there are better hotels in Guanajuato.

Staff is welcoming and respectful. Lovely hotel with great location!! Difficulty parking but minor inconvenience.

Nice Hotel but would not recommend the restaurant. The bread was cold, the enchiladas had single slice cheese, and tortillas seemed like they warmed them in the microwave.

We didnt stay at the hotel but we had a nice breakfast there. I ordered wheat toast and the fruit plate. The toast was ok. The fruit plate was very fresh and generous - a large serving of pineapple, papaya, cantaloupe and honey dew, plus one raspberry and one blackberry for garnish. The restaurant is casual and elegant, and is located 1/2 block from Plaza Union so its quieter and calmer than the places on the plaza.

its a good hotel but once in a while a bad employee makes things unpleasant. I had one issue when first arrived, no AC in the room and the front desk guy was unwilling to help and rude. He gang the phone on me twice when calling him for assistance from the room. Other that all was good, the service at the restaurant, the food and the location is excellent. Walking distance to lots of attractions , downtown and restaurants. I'll say the best of all is the location.
