Mestizo

Mestizo was easily one of the best restaurants I had while going through Guanajuato. The server was extremely attentive and nice and every dish was absolutely delicious. The place is located on the second floor of one of the busiest streets of the city, which gives you a great view of the street and overall makes the place feel more cozy.

Great restaurant, excellent food, drinks and service. Every dish is very nicely done. A nice way to end the day with an amazing meal and a good drink.

One of the best places to dine in Guanajuato. The ambiance is nice, service is great, and food is excellent. Duck tacos were out of this world. Sorry, no pics because they were gone long before I could get a shot. Of course, the bone marrow (pictured) was very good as well. As main dish, salmon was exquisite. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal amazing food - great service and mole that is top of the world. The sope de jitomate con ancho chile Is 💯 and so is the vegetariano pasta Vegetarianos : few choices in mains but soups and appetizers plenty and the pasta main is phenomenal

A great experience from start to finish. The octopus carpaccio was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere and service was top notch. Highly recommend.
