Very nice outside but the rooms are ok and the hot water isn't working 😟FYI Guanajuato is very cold...

We had sort of a conflict because they wanted to charge us double for having more than 3 people in a 2 bedded room. We ended up paying double anyway, but that was definitely a problem that didn't sit well with me. It was a truly beautiful hotel but that's about it. There's no air conditioning, no wifi (unless you go to the main lobby), and no free breakfast or any benefits like that. The swimming pool water was not clean and was quite disgusting to think about swimming in. This place needs an immediate improvement and it could reach its full potential when done so. With that being said, if you don't mind those things I mentioned above, come here. If you do mind, go to the hotel across the street.

Hotel is very pretty. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was very cold, even they claim there is heating. The Restaurants are nice: good food at great price. In general, I liked the place. Personal is a little bit slow and constantly they forget about your requests.
