The rooms are clean which I appreciated. The staff was friendly. Only issue is with the WiFi. I would not recommend staying here if you plan on working during your stay. I called the front desk regarding the connection issue, and they assured me it was working. I was unable to successfully use it on a number of devices. It rarely worked from my room.

I had a great stay here in January 2018. Can’t wait to go back. It’s a great hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. Would recommend this to anyone planning on a trip to Guanajuato.

Excellent location a few blocks from the main plaza (Union) but on a quieter street. The hotel is lovely - very clean and comfortable. There are patios where you can read in the sun or shade. Our room on the 4th floor had a view of the city. They provide bottled water and a fan. You can get a suite with mini fridge, microwave, dining table etc although we just had a basic room. Staff is very helpful and gracious. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is the best thing at this hotel, Great location, just two blocks away from Jardin de la Union, just good enough to be outside of the crowded noisy center
