It has decayed a lot but in general it is a good gym if you are looking for some privacy since it is not very crowded. There was an instructor who was very good because I explained each exercise in detail but it is no longer there. Pros: if you're shy and don't like to be seen exercising, it's a good start Cost per visit until yesterday 50 pesos Cons: the instruments are usually dirty and sweaty, the floor as it is carpet absorbs sweat and the smell remains. The quality of this "Gym" equipment in poor condition has fallen too much ... Heavy instructors ... They don't mind registering many people despite not having enough equipment. And the few there are ... maintenance free. There are better quality / price options in the area. Take care of your money and do not visit this site!

It has good space, although the devices are poorly fitted and you end up crashing with someone or taking care that you do not have a dumbbell in someone's head, you have to relocate everything, you have better distribution of your other branch as well as the devices that some are not very comfortable or They are poorly designed, pulleys that did not work well or scot banks that strength is not constant, etc. Pros many treadmills and good atmosphere for so many people, although they do not know how to ask many if you are using a device and they arrive and take you away, lack of education.
