I strongly disagree with the lack of updating in their schedules. They say they close the booth to cancel the permit at 12 a.m. and are closing at 4 p.m. Making one go back to bridge 2 to cancel. Sooo bad.

The person who attended us to pause our vehicle permit was friendly and opened exactly at 8am he helped in our order but it would be better with a 24hrs service to be able to cancel permits all day👀🇲🇽
