Terrible customer service, in all aspects, even for a card replacement swallowed by their own ATMs, it takes more than 3 hours of waiting and that, just to see an executive

It is too long a time for you to provide customer service, approx. 1 hour to be understood, nobody gives you information and the wait is somewhat uncomfortable because you feel lost when you do not know the place

Too many failures in a short time, they lack staff to provide at least one regulated service, the waiting time is approximately 20 minutes at the window and one hour and 15 in customer service, reaching more than 5 hours on standby. There is a cashier to make deposits every day of the week, but sometimes it fails, ask for the account number and not the card number which is a small setback that must be modified. The service is according to the payment they give to the employees so you do not have to wait for a good service because they are not paid enough.

I thought I would change my credit card for a bancomer HSBC but terrible service and attention since you go, the guy who receives you in the morning very rude, or I did not want to change me to that bank, I prefer to pay the annuity Bancomer to that treatment.
