The person who welcomes you when you enter is very friendly and the guards are very attentive to people. I think it's a magnificent branch.

On July 7 I had an appointment at 3 in the afternoon which arrived 10 minutes early. The person at the entrance told me to have a seat. The time passed until 4 o'clock struck and according to that hour they closed the bank. The person I had to talk to (executive) got up from her seat and left without saying if she was going to attend to us. I assumed that if they were going to attend to us because security did not tell us that we had to leave the bank. 30 minutes passed and I asked the person who attended me when I arrived that they were going to attend us or not because the person (executive) had been gone for half an hour and my calmness by waiting was running out. For that I already had an hour and a half of waiting. The person who attended to me soon came out and told me that his companion was not long in leaving, which never came out and he left very enraged for not speaking clearly, with the truth. Nothing is difficult for them to say: I am very sorry for the waiting time but it is not possible to attend to them. It is ridiculous and disrespectful not knowing how to communicate.
