THINKING OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT BUT I'M READING THE COMMENTS AND THIS ONLY THROWS AWESOME SERVICE THE BEST IS TO BE ON THE MARGIN OF IT, THE INDIVIDUAL THAT ANSWERS THE COMMENTS ONLY KNOWS TO SAY SORRY BUT EVERYTHING REMAINS THE SAME, A GREAT PENALTY.

Terrible service. What we work for the day and can't be in line all day. I got in line at 3:30 pm which was all the way outside. Even with a guard, at 4pm they closed the door without at least telling people that we were in the sun for more than an hour that they were not going to attend. At least they have a system to give appointments or clarify the last person in line that they were going to attend and not waste time. In addition to people entering with supposed "dates."

They have not been able to expedite simple procedures due to the pandemic. You end up standing in long lines for something that takes a couple of minutes

There are very few executives attending to more than 30 people waiting, they do not stop using the phone (it's fine) for security reasons but can anyone think of it please put newspaper or magazines? Poor customer service makes you desperate and upset.

Excellent location. Quite a few ATMs. The executives take too long to attend.
