PEOPLE: I went to this place and I am warning everyone DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR TEETH!! All three crowns DR. ALDO did, were defective and I had to have ALL the work REDONE somewhere else!!! DR. AUGUSTINE did a root canal and UNNECESSARY gum surgery on a tooth that needed A BONE GRAFT and IMPLANT INSTEAD. I SPENT $1,500 and WANTED A REFUND WHICH THEY REFUSED!!! EL LADR'ON!!! Last, but not least I LEFT A $900 DEPOSIT for additional work BEFORE I realized their work was DEFECTIVE!!! Now, JORGE, THE OWNER OF DENTAL AMERICA, WON'T GIVE ME BACK MY $900 DEPOSIT !!! EL LADR'ON!!!! By the way, I was not asked for a deposit but I left my $900 at DENTAL AMERICA to avoid carrying the money around and possibly robbed of it. Then JORGE STEALS MY DEPOSIT!!!! EL LADR'ON!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CON ARTISTS WHO DO TERRIBLE WORK!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GET DENTAL WORK DONE AT DENTAL AMERICA!! SCAM ARTISTS FOR SURE!!!

The specialist stopped my root canal halfway through because I dared to say I was choking on my saliva after he left me unattended for several minutes. He gave me several condescending lectures like how dare I need to spit while he's working. He ended my procedure after only completing 20-30 % without giving any reason.

I really can't believe I was scammed. Either they are just looking for the money or they are irresponsible. Even a dentist (because they don't deserve a doctor's degree) told me that they had poor administration.

I would give them less than one. The first time I went was for a root canal and crown, all good for 2 weeks and then I started feeling very sensitive about the area. I went back to check it and he told me that everything was fine (without securing it with an x-ray) and according to him I only fix two other cavities. That was in November of 2018 and here I am still in horrible pain without being able to drink or eat anything cold and not even think about drinking cold water or milk because my face is sore from pain. Now and to this day I have not been able to find a really good dentist who can help me. Very very bad practice
