Terrible service from the cardiology doctor, an hour waiting for her and that she came by appointment, her service and disinterest towards her patients is a shame.

Terrible experience almost two months waiting for the traumatologist Jose Alberto Lozano Gaspar to attend us and every week he cancels one hour before the appointment with different excuses "surgery, out of town etc etc, X-rays show a deformation in the hand and they give importance to the patient what kind of professionalism this is worse than in the IMSS and paying high monthly payments in insurance SIMNSA HEALTH PLAN on which they are based to approve this kind of reprehensible medical services
