Abuse of power, usurpation of functions, terrible organization because to make a complaint, "nobody" knows who the commander in turn is, it is illogical that they do not have a state of force with services and units assigned to each officer, they look for any pretext to try to steal, because they make you drive to the headquarters and being there, they do not give you vehicle inventory, they do not collect a license or card for the alleged infraction, they only remove the keys and pretend that you pay an invented infraction, putting the fear of giving the keys up to days later, unfortunately the cashier staff agrees with them, the qualifying judge is useless because it seems that he does not know the procedures that the officers must follow, terrible performance of the elements, simply shameful and unpunished, they violate so many rights and procedures that it is unfortunate that being a border municipality there are still such miserable practices, that it hurts that the elements that make these actions ones are the ones who manage to put this municipality as one of the most corrupt
