Renewing my temporary resident visa. YES staff is do friendly and helpful. It's just nice to know that I don't really have to hassle my way through the process -- they take care of everything. Just show up with pictures and my passport when they tell me to and I'm good to go.

Pitiful. Extremely expensive and shoddy service. I had to make an address change and they only did half the job! Only updating my TIP and not my Visa when I specifically asked them to do both. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $200 USD for a very simple address change which they should have done in the first place! Effectively charging me double to fix their own mistake.

Excellent service from Pamela while we went for a consultation with her. She gave us a lot of information and was very professional in answering all of the questions we had. She sat patiently while we thought of anything else that we could ask and even went beyond just giving us advice on the Visa process. I would recommend visiting YES if you have any questions regarding visas or living in Merida. My girlfriend and I will be using their services if we decide to obtain a visa.
