Be careful with the construction company and Top homes. They deliver the houses with a lousy quality control. If you don't get abused, they take you to the dance. They promise you a delivery date and give you the house 7 months later. They never accept their responsibility.

TOTAL DECEPTION, BEFORE PURCHASING, ASK THOSE WHO ALREADY LIVE LIKE THE REAL ESTATE AT THE TIME OF THE PROBLEMS AND COME WITH THE PERFECT EXCUSE AND WITH NO WARRANTY RESPECT. VERY NICE DESIGN BUT BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE REAL ESTATE.
