Very good attention and place

Bad service, I called to make an appointment for a study and the lady told me that there was no appointment but that there was a pre-x-ray preparation by means of a laxative. When I asked him about the specific diet he told me that I had to continue in order to carry out the study, he gave me very few details and refused to explain why I need a soft diet. Then, fed up with the poor service and lack of professionalism of this establishment, I began to investigate why someone would have to lax to do a sacrocoxigea radiography and I discovered that this is only necessary if the image quality provided is not high. I ended up going to a medical star where they charged me LESS and did not require ANY kind of preparation for the study, the x-ray went well, and the staff was extremely friendly, unlike this place. I really recommend that you inform yourself well before taking x-rays that require laxing before, the person who takes you to this place did not need it and ended up feeling worse and extremely dehydrated for free. This was one of the worst experiences I have had regarding medical procedures, if your doctor sends them here because they do advanced or “specialized” studies (as my doctor told me) that is not true, the equipment they use is of such poor resolution They cannot separate soft parts of bones, so they ask for preparation, which delays the procedure for at least one day and extends the discomfort of a procedure that should be extremely simple. In addition to everything, the ladies who serve at the counter have no idea what they say and the girl who attends in the afternoon is a rude incompetent

Pesimo service the sritas that they have do not care about their work, they do not know how to explain, and they have a bad attention do not go there.
