PREDATORY PRACTICES THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TOURISTS! I get that this place is not about "saving the ocean" It's just about making money. But my group was shocked that they waited til we showed up to tell us that we had to leave jewelry, phones and smart watches in a public area or pay $15 per hour for locker rental! I told them I'd just leave my things for my group of 7 near the pool and the staff argued with me saying it was impossible and to pay up or risk it. They LIED saying there was no room by the pool. We went through a gate then they had us put our shoes in a free cabinet right next to the pool. Maybe they need they don't make enough from the $500 picture package to BUY LOCKS TO PUT ON THE CHANGING ROOM DOORS. It would have been less awkward for myself and the guy that walked in on me. Take your business elswhere there are better options.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Only 1 restaurant open out of 4, and rooms could've been cleaned a bit better...but other than that, it was wonderful! The wait staff and bartenders were amazing!!

Dolphins were great. But employees are rude, locker price is $15 and price for pictures is just insane!! Costs more than our tickets here.

Do not book with this company. They fraudulently withheld my funds after I had to cancel my trip due to Covid. Their own company policy only requires a three day notice for a refund (minus 10%), and I gave them a week. Tried multiple times to reason with them or reach an understanding and they are refusing/no longer responding. This is not good business. They will take advantage of you because you’re in another country. I did not want to write these reviews, but don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

The actual swimming was great and the dolphins were fun. Don't like that I can't take my own go pro to record the memories but overall a fun time
