The ATM was a fast, hassle free way to get more peso from your US debt or credit card.

Bad experience here. Changed USD (bunch of 20s) to pesos. I counted my USD twice before entering the banco and had the calculations all figured out. Watched the teller count my USD correctly 3 separate times. He then gives me the pesos, and it’s way under. I look at the slip and he very intentionally has the USD amount $20 less than what I gave him. I had to call him out on it 3 times before he paid me out what I was due. Didn’t even recount my USD, so I know he was scamming me. Be vigilant!

Fraudulent ATM & Staff. ATM only gave me 40% of the amount of cash I wanted to withdraw. When asking the staff about it they refused to help me or check the last withdrawal of their ATM machine, saying that that was the last cash in the machine and that I will only be charged the amount I got. On the next day, I saw that I was charged the whole amount of what I originally wanted to withdraw.

The atm did work with my canadian card (interac). Good place to go to get pesos without having to go to the currency exchange place!

This bank charged my Bank of America card a fee of only 17 pesos, the HSBC ATM across the street had previously charged me 80!!! pesos for the same withdrawal.
