Be careful. All negative reviews are true. I changed 8,000 pesos and it should be slightly more than $400. The screen shows me $451. When I want to cancel the transaction, it gives me the money anyway. I asked for a receipt too but If course I didn’t get one. Please be aware!

Terrible exchange rate when withdrawing from ATM. I pressed on the button to NOT accept the exchange rate expecting to cancel and the machine still gave me the money and no receipt. They’re stealing from people.

Absolutely horrendous exchange rate from CAD to MXN. I got charged an extra $300 CAD extra on top of what the conversion rate would have been. AVOID AT ALL COSTS using your international debit card at their ATM.

Thiefes! Banditos! I took cash with my visa and the exchange rate was soooooo expansive! But I realized that too late...not expecting, that there’s an exchange rate when you get cash with credit card...never happens before! Banditos!
