Mayan Palace

All the workers were friendly. High face mask compliance. The resort was clean and beautiful. We felt safe walking around, even at night. The shuttle buses were readily available whenever we needed to go from one resort to another. When we ordered room service the food was on time and delicious. The beach was clean and well taken care of. It was nice that we could charge things to our room so we didn’t have to carry money with us, even at the supermarket. It wasn’t crowded at all. It was very easy to find a place on the beach with hardly anyone around. Our only complaint is that where our room was it was very noisy all night. I think we were near the kitchen and we could hear dishes clanking and employees talking loudly all night.

This place was paradise. The atmosphere, ambiance, decor, are out of this world. What really makes this an exceptional place to stay is the staff. I travel a lot and this staff was second to none. From the driver that picked up is up at the airport to the desk clerk who checked us out . Everyone was gracious ,attentive accommodating, superb. I would definitely recommend this to be the only place to stay for a true luxury experience. We will be back ♥️

It is extremely hugh. You are driven everywhere but have to say best room service ever. Be sure to ask for prices before ordering something not on menu. Paid almost 20.00 for 10 wings. Also be prepared for a 1,000 deposit. lots of restaurants so you can charge everything to your room. Incredible breakfast buffet with early bird discount

Nice place for the 7 day 6 night 250.00 Facebook deal. Book your excursions on your own, not through them. DO NOT accept the free breakfast for a tour of the place. The many staff are excellent people.

I’ve stayed at 5- star resorts all over the world, and lemme tell ya. THIS AINT ONE. Never actually had a chance to stay here. They messed up our reservation, and refuse to work with us to rebook what we paid for. Offered to let us PAY AGAIN. Then refused to cancel the reservation and refund our money. I’m sure this is a decent place... looks nice from the grounds. But the foundation for any 5-star resort is its service, and this place sucks.
