Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa

Love this place!!! Was nervous about travelling during pandemic but felt perfectly safe here. COVID protocols in place and cleaning was obvious. Food was great!!! Service was excellent!!! Had lots of fun with Aqua Excursions scuba centre. Thanks to Lulu, Santiago, Maria, Moses, Joel, Alex, Chris, and the rest of the staff for an amazing 2 weeks!!! Hope to see everyone again soon!!!

Terrible for families with kids at this time. I will start off with saying the staff is very nice professional and helpful as much as they can. Now the truth... if you booked white sands and paid a premium you got ripped off. Everyone is staying at white sands at this time (February 2021) even if you booked the cheapest option colonial ect. The food is terrible and on top there is only 1 option for breakfast and lunch and after it closes only 2 options for dinner and you have to make reservations in person at the main lobby like its the 16th century and this was never disclosed when booking. Booked this hotel because of advertised kids activities and daycare. In reality everything is closed and and literally nothing to do with the little ones except running around trying to figure out where to feed them. The evening entertainment is non-existing so after dinner there is literally nothing to do. Was in Mexico 3 weeks ago at a different resort had an amazing safe time. Save your money book else where.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks with my family! What a desappointment! The services and the food are poor! The managers of this hotel are dishonest. We got sick from poor food storage. We were with two small children and we were not informed before our arrival that there are no kids club services for children under 3 !!A shame!!! Do not go there!

White sands pool entertainment was great!! DIDIER made sure we were involved in all the poolside activities and kept our group of 20 entertained. Overall resort was amazing! Staff were all accommodating and friendly.

Didier from Animación was great. He told us every day what activities there were to do on the beach. We had a tequila tasting that was very informational. He told us about every one that we tried and the background to it. We also got to try regular and spicy guacamole and he also told us about the history of that as well. It made our stay even better and exciting. I think every one should definitely meet him.
