So I am a customer of Renault as we bought our new Duster from them a few years ago and now we are shopping for a new one so I went back there wanting to get more information and as I walked in with my two kids I was asked if I needed help I replied yes and I was looking for a new car I was told just a min ... I waited for 15 mins with my kids as I looked at a few cars and still no service the staff were too busy on their cell phones or chatting with each other and that was also the case of the manager there sad guess I will take my money elsewhere what ever happened to service
