The Grand Bliss at Vidanta Riviera Maya

Went for my anniversary! Very lovely resort, room was beautiful! With jacuzzi and outside pool. My only gripe is the amount we spent on food. You can easily rack up $100+ per person on food alone! Everyone was very friendly and the ambiance was nice, especially the jungle theme and how close it sits on the beach. Me and my husband can’t wait to return!

Service has been great. Food was great. Room was really nice. I've been to Cancun many times on vacation. This was my first Vidanta vacation. Not sure why, but the mosquitoes are viscious at this resort. We have been eaten alive all week - day and night. I've never experienced this in Cancun at other resorts.

Nice resort, great and huge room. Having access to beach club is a big plus. The only caveat is you the size of the resort. It’s really big and you need the shuttles to go to the beach. Sometimes waiting for one to arrive is a hassle.

Vidanta is our second home. Hospitality is awesome.

Incredible food options with good value for the quality. Beautiful, well kept grounds with numerous beach and pool locations. Exceptional staff throughout the resort that strive to make your stay a great experience. Vidanta is trying to change their reputation of high pressure sales. We originally declined the presentation but they assured us that there would be no pressure to look at their product and this was the case, No pressure at all to look at current and future products and development. A group of 10 traveled to the Bliss and everyone enjoyed all this resort has to offer. The Beach Club and Salum were great areas to spend some time and the golf course was a challenging Executive Par 3. There is a great market located in the Jade building for all your needs with reasonable prices. We would highly recommend this resort to Family and Friends. A special thank you to Orlando at the Beach Club, the waiters at the Beach Bar Restaurant, Ulises at Nektar, all the Reception staff at the Grand Bliss Lobby, and all the shuttle drivers. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
