Impeccable service, very professional and clean clinic and would recommend to others. It was a very easy booking process via email. My appointment was moved by half an hour, and they emailed me the day before to inform me which I really appreciated. There are places to park your car if you need outside.

I live in Olympia WA. I was recommended by a hygienist in Seattle (after I was quoted 30K US for the work I needed done) I went to meet Dr. Arrechedera in Oct. 2020 after reading her reviews & testimonials. I had an initial consult, cleaning & she took teeth impressions. I received a treatment plan & price. I chose to return in Dec. 2020 to have extensive work done. I had 3 separate appointments in a weeks time. Dr. was always communicating with me throughout the procedures to make sure I was not in pain or feeling discomfort. I am COMPLETELY thrilled with the outcome of my treatment. The price initially quoted was the price I paid (even after Dr. discovered many cavities beneath old crowns that were not initially anticipated). I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Arrechedera, her staff & the entire experience. She restored my smile & I am beyond Thankful. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Arrechedera!!!

This is a beautiful dental office, with a highly skilled, kind, professional staff. I have worked in a few dental offices in America and I have not seen any better than Koosi Dental Studio. That is why I make the journey down to Playa del Carmen when I am the patient.

Hi, I’m a local here in Playa del Carmen for 22 years and have visited several dentists through out that time. 20 years ago, we had to take “what we could get” often driving to Cancun for help. Those days are gone. In this now very competitive field, there’s only one dentist I can recommend and that’s Dr. Alexandra at Koosi. Even before Covid, her office was the cleanest and most respectful facility I’ve ever visited in North America. And you don’t have to weave thru an operator for appointment. You can make it directly with her on WhatsApp. I have horror stories about many of the dentists here: late and gouging for US funds in cash or a stinky loud and hot office; complicated and difficult access. Not Alexandra! Unlike most — she honors your appointment time; trained in Chicago; has tiny hands; has easy access and parking; reasonable prices; honors credit cards but most of all, SHE IS A PERFECTIONIST and I appreciate her very much.
