Their attention to detail was top notch. I worked with them on two beautiful arrangements all the way from Canada and will definitely work with them in the future. Beautiful work. Used to get flowers here for my wife pretty much every month. It's always been a bit pricier than most florerias in Playa, but they did a good job with the bouquets. Last 6-12 months, though, the service has gone down the drain entirely. They're charging 50% more for 50% smaller arrangements, their selection seems to have shrunk, and the flowers never last longer than 2-3 days. And the worst part, as others have pointed out, is that the owner (or is it the new owner? It would explain things) appears to have zero sense for customer service or managing her staff. Last few times I was served by her I was on the verge of telling her to forget about it and just walking out... and giving her a brief primer on how to motivate your employees instead of putting them down. But it would probably just cause her to lash out at them more. Too bad... but there are plenty of other places in Playa where you can get flowers and friendly service.
