Hospital Tulum

I was nervous after reading reviews but we had to get somewhere quickly with an open, infected boil wound. The doctor and nurse were incredibly professional, calm and knowledgeable. Having a bit of Spanish helped our interaction but was not necessary as the doctor spoke English passably. Our doctor, Brenda, was amazing and so was the nurse, whose name I did not catch. The operating room was clean, the cost was more than reasonable and we got help right away. Thank you and so glad we did not try the 45min drive to the bigger hospital.

I wasn't sure what to expect coming here after going through the red cross in Tulum, that place is basic services only. Dr. Fernando is amazing, speaks very good English and really made sure I was comfortable. I went in due to sinus issues from post free-living and was worried I did serious damage. It helps that he is also a diver and really understands it well. Very impressed they have him in a small town like this, as I was debating on driving to Cancun. I would feel comfortable recommending anyone to go there first. Ive read other comments about the cost but it's actually reasonable if you add it up. I paid 1200 peso and was taken in right away. Went I went to the red cross a week ago to get my ear cleaned out I only paid 300 peso but I wouldn't go there for anything I havnt already experienced and knew exactly what I wanted. You get what you pay for, and if like me your on vacation and you have to go to the hospital it's a good price.

Terrible service. I called them and they said to come get a covid test. I came all the way from playa and arrived at the time we made an appointment. Then they said no test available. What a waste of my time

Dont be scared to come here! I have seen other bad reviews and so i wanted to take the time as an American to let people know the care i received here was great. I’m a Type 1 diabetic so I’m always careful where i go, i came here with a bad stomach virus from food i ate and they gave me proper care and antibiotics that worked! Price was only about 150$ US for everything

Thank you to the staff at this hospital that were extremely kind, fast, courteous & knowledgeable. I’m here on vacation from Canada & i sprained my ankle. I was super nervous to go to a hospital in Mexico cause I was afraid it was going to cost me a pretty penny however I did not have to break bank at all!! for both my consultation & xray! Muchas gracias a la gente que me ayudo!
