Had to take our 14 month old daughter with high fever there on February 2020. We were devastated!!! however, with the help and attention of amazing front desk staff and professional multi language doctors, (also fabulous medication!!) They managed to bring her fever down very quick. I had to call them a couple of times from the hotel afterwards, each time they were helpful and very very professional! Have to also thank our fantastic "Great West Life Insurance" for their over the top customer service.

Worst service ever. This is a trick for tourist to steal them 2000$ for nearly no service. Be very careful do not sign anything and run away from this hospital.

This is supposed to be an international hospital with world class services. Reality is that service is very poor. Receptionists are rude and even if you make the appointment you have to wait long time to be attended to. Improve your service or you will lose all your customers.

SERIOUSLY READ THESE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE. My sister hurt her knee at the nearby resort, the resort medic immediately said it was her ACL - called the ambulance and sent her off confirming they take her insurance card. During the ambulance ride they couldn't answer her questions and when she arrived to the hospital they LITERALLY WOULD NOT LET HER OUT of the ambulance without a case number, and then they said she can pay, first $2000 US dollars, and then it went up to $5000 US dollars. They demanded a case number from her insurance but she wasn't able to call out from her phone and they wouldn't allow her to use their phone. While she couldn't make outgoing calls, I was able to call her and try to work with the hospital (my Fiance's 1st language is spanish) and her insurance, to no avail. She said she would not pay them and wanted to go back to the resort and finally two hours later they let her leave. Do not trust the resort or this hospital. If you have time to research the local hospitals and contact insurance prior to being drove away, do so. Its scary to be injured in a foreign country, and even scarier that the people acting like they have your best interest in mind are really just trying to pull one over on you. This was a most unbelievable experience.

The good: almost no waiting times. Good diagnostic capacity and equipment. Rooms are clean and luxurious. Doctors speak English. The bad: very overpriced even compared to the US hospitals. Admin staff don't want to work with major international insurers like Aetna so you have to pay everything upfront. Some nurses don't speak English and I had to remind them on the timing of medication. Food didn't not reflect on the diagnosis.
