Got my PCR test with them, no drama, quick overall operation from registration to actual test. I Do STRONGLY recommend my US fellow citizens to schedule the last possible flight back to US on the day you’ll return home because the results will not come early in the day. Barely got mine on time for a 5:30pm flight / 3:30pm check in time
It's a small private hospital, very attuned to protecting the patient before they even enter due to the virus. The people were all very nice, most of them spoken English, a real plus. We were told they were expensive, but after a consultation that took about 30 minutes and was very comprehensive it was only 250 pesos, which is reasonable.
When they built this hospital in Puerto Morelos I was very happy because there was none, but when I sent a guest who had a cut during a tour, just for putting two stitches and cleaning the wound they charged them $ 1,500 dollars ... Yes, $ 1,500 dollars! !! ... Which made us very abusive and that they came from Florida. Which made me think that they abuse the tourism that visits us. And the worst thing is that I had recommended them, what a shame I felt, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN ... when I spoke with the cashier to complain about the abuse, she treated me with indifference and only limited herself to saying: well, those are our rates, as if it was a taxi. I hope that some official reads this and stops them because they damage the image of the destiny that has cost us so much to build in Puerto Morelos.
They told me my finger was broken and it wasn't, they wanted me to spend the night with them. I think that the economic issue is more important to them than the health of the people.
Terrible service, they make you wait for the ray of the sun. The service of the emergency doctors and the surgeon is terrible. I had to go to another hospital to have my wounds treated properly.
