I came to the hospital because of my severe neck pain ( stiff neck) at midnight and was seen immediately!!! No wait, no delays. Everyone was welcoming, speaking good English. Doctor Perez was so caring, especially on the second day when I came back for more treatment. He made sure that I was comfortable, that all the procedures were carried out correctly. I can not thank him enough for making me feel safe and well taken care of! The treatment brought me back to life and I can not be happier or more grateful. Thank you all!!!

A friend of mine tripped and fell in Cozumel and was charged $1200USD for 2 xrays and 2 pain pills for her torn tendon and sprained elbow ($400 USD just for the ambulance to take her 2 blocks). TOTAL RIP OFF. This hospital clearly preys on tourists. Avoid at all cost if you can.

That's basically the best hospital I have ever been to with the most wonderful team you can imagine. I got there in the evening with some symptoms of decompression sickness, got examined right away and treated in the decompression chamber the same night. Everyone is super kind, caring, friendly and helpful. Everything concerning the insurance is handled very fast by the super helpful team of the reception. Being sick and having to be in the hospital in a foreign country so far from home and my family sucked and was a little scary, but in all the week I was there for treatment (One night staying there, the rest ambulatory) all the doctors, nurses, tenders, chamber operators, receptionists etc. of the hospital made me feel welcome, safe and well cared for. There is no better place for being treated for decompression sickness.

I went here because I had barotrauma in my ears. They were very fast, and it cost 60 us dollars to be seen and diagnosed. They spoke English and were very helpful and accomodating. Better than most er experiences I've had in America! Again, super fast. Reasonable prices, and my two medications were only about 20 dollars.

Beware, Hospital decides rates based on who you are !! I took my son for an emergency check up, asked them to write their consultation, took them 3 days to figure out how to write and was still not proper. When asked for the bill, they were hesitant to even figure out how much should they charge for a consultation. If it’s not a local, they charge a higher rate which is discrimination against tourists. All should be treated fairy and equally.
