El Dorado Royale by Karisma

This our first all inclusive. It was great. The resort grounds are well kept, staff is extremely friendly, food has a great range for all palette types and all in all a very relaxing environment. A few notes: Bring a water bottle and a thermal mug for water and coffee if you like to have them on hand. The restaurants near generations are also really good. Although it is all inclusive there are a few things worth buying up, so plan to spend a little more after you have finished.

Wonderful resort. We've got to come back for a longer stay. Service is impeccable. Wonderful and helpful staff. The room was amazing. All inclusive resort. A must stay. It only allows 5 stars. I'd give it a 7.

Fantastic place to come on holiday. Not beach resort due to the high level of seaweed. Room are lovely we had jacuzzi bath which didn't work the 2 weeks I was there which gutting. The swimming pools salt water. Loads different places to eat. Loads golf buggy too pick to up and drop off staff all Fantastic. Would love to come again in future love 🇲🇽

It was excellent good food and drink and not crowded. You could see some damage from the three hurricanes in about two weeks. They were busy working on the damage but they did not cause a disturbance with it. Weather was good but a little windy. Food was excellent in all the resterants and they were very and I mean very careful with masks and distancing. The resort supplied the test required to come back into the states. The test was free .

The service was spectacular. Every employee took care of us to their fullest extent. I've never felt more at home in my entire life. From the bartenders to the maids to the butler's to concierge they all did whatever they could to make us feel as though we were at home. I would recommend this place to absolute anybody.
